Since 2020, the Bangladesh government has announced a new package called Package-C. This is the lowest cost hajj package from Bangladesh. We think this is the package that is not fit for the family. However, if any group of pilgrims is interested in joining this package, we will make full arrangements. After the discussion about this package with the group, we will confirm the services. Main features of this package :

• Air Ticket By SV/BG (Economy Class). DAC-JED-DAC
• Hajj VISA Services and others all fees and charges include this cost.
• Makkah Hotel : Hajj Building within 2000 Meter from Haram mosque outer border. Hajj Building situated any side of haram mosque. Hotel location will be confirmed.
• Madina Hotel : Regular Hotel / Building within 1000 Meter from Haram Mosque outer border. Hajj Building situated any side of haram mosque. Hotel location will be confirmed.
• Transport : Have to avail the transportation provided by the Hajj Ministry of KSA through concerned muallim of KSA for Jeddah-Makka and Makkah to Mina travel.
• Ziyarat (Historical Sightseeing) : Common area of Makkah and Madinah. Not Included Jedda and Tayef tour.
• Asian Tent : At Mina Regular tent, at araft regular water cooler temporary tent. Arrange and managed by ministry of hajj KSA through concerned Muallim office.
• Food : 2 Times Bangladeshi food from local catering company or restaurant.
• Guide / Muallim : The support staff will support for food supply, during hajj days and emergency support.

Usually the Economy Hajj Package duration up to 45 days. For the convenience of honorable pilgrims, the schedule of Hajj tour is provided. The flight schedule, hotel stay schedule and travel schedule are changed or modified due to restrictions imposed by the Saudi government. The formalities of Hajj is according to the Arabic month. As the itinerary of the Hajj package will be determined after discussion, the itinerary has not been included here.

• Meet & Assist at Dhaka & Jedda / Madina Airport.
• Direct Hajj flight with Saudia Airlines or Bangladesh Biman Economy Class.
• Hotel stay in Makkah and Madina as per package period.
• Two times food in Makkah and Madinah
• Three times food in Mina arrange by the Muallim office
• Room Service as per Hotels rules.
• Internal Transportation by bus in groups provided my Muallim / Hajj Ministry.
• Ziyarat (Historical Sightseeing) : with group in makkah and Madinah.
• Hajj Training Materials will provide by the hajj agent.

Notes :

• Qurbani is not included.
• Airlines – As per Hajj schedule.
• No refund in case of unused services or lesser duration of stay.
• Hajj Tour operator is not responsible for the Extra luggage payment & lost luggage.
• All packages are subject to availability and subject to Airlines Schedules.
• Islamic Moon sightings, which may alter islamic dates.
• Hotel Rooms have no specific views. 4 to 6 pilgrims will share a room.
• Personal travel is not included this package.
• Please be aware that hotel check in times are after 6 pm and Check out before 12 pm, unless otherwise stated.
• Changes can occur without prior notice, but should they; we shall endeavour to give you as much notice as possible.
• An Agreement paper between Pilgrim and Hajj agent has to be signed duly.

Booking Policy:

• At present, if anyone wants to go for Hajj, he has to be pre-registered.
• You need your National Identity Card number and your mobile number to be pre-registered.
• To be pre-registered, need to deposit BDT 30,752/-. Pre-registration will confirm when the amount will deposit at the respective banks.
• If your serial is in accordance with the list announced by the government in the year you want to go for Hajj, you will be eligible to go for Hajj in that year.
• All the money of the package has to be deposited in the Hajj Agency within the period prescribed by the government.

Cancellation Policy:

1. No refund after online registration.
2. No Refund Airlines Ticket amount after Issue the Ticket.

All cancellation policy is followed by Bangladesh and KSA government.

Cost Per Person   :   BDT 672,000/-  ( Six Lac Seventy Two Thousand. )

Anybody wants to double or triple bedroom then cost will increase accordingly. Please ask for any extra service for this package.
