Day 1: Departure from Bangladesh
- Departure from Dhaka or other designated airports
- Arrival in Jeddah or Madinah (as per flight schedule)

Day 2-6: Makkah

Booking Policy:
- A minimum deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.
- Full payment must be made at least 30 days before the departure date.
- Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment upfront.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 60 days before departure will receive a full refund minus a service fee.
- Cancellations between 30-60 days before departure will incur a 50% charge.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure are non-refundable.
- Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.
Other Policies:
- Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure.
- Any additional services (meals, additional tours, etc.) can be arranged for an extra fee.
- Zamzam Travels reserves the right to adjust pricing based on fluctuations in airline or hotel costs.
