Applicants are generally required to submit the following documents:
Basic Documents
- Original passport with at least six months’ validity
- Two recent passport-size photographs measuring 33 mm × 48 mm
- Photographs must have a white background
- Bank statement for the last six months
- Bank solvency certificate
- Minimum recommended closing balance of BDT 4,00,000
- Confirmed round-trip air ticket
For Business Professionals
- Valid trade licence
- Translated and notarised copy of the trade licence, where applicable
- Official company letterhead
- Visiting card
For Employees
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the current employer
- Copy of office identification card
- Visiting card
Embassy Interview Guidelines
After the online visa application has been submitted, applicants should regularly check the application status.
If the status remains “Under Review” on the next working day after successful submission, the applicant may be required to attend an interview at the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China.
Applicants attending an interview should bring:
- Original passport
- Printed copy of the submitted visa application form
Interview Hours: 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM on official working days
Recommended Arrival Time: Before 8:30 AM
Embassy Address: Plot 2 & 4, Embassy Road, Baridhara, Dhaka
Interview requirements, schedules, and submission procedures may be updated by the embassy without prior notice.
Service Fees and Payment Policy
ZamZam Travels BD Service Fee
BDT 5,000
The service fee is non-refundable once document preparation or processing has started.
Visa Payment
The main visa-related payment will be collected after successful visa approval, subject to the applicable embassy and visa centre requirements.
Interview Unsuccessful
If the application is unsuccessful at the interview stage, BDT 2,500 will be deducted for invitation-related and basic processing services. The remaining eligible amount will be refundable.
Refusal to Proceed After Approval
If an applicant successfully completes the interview but later decides not to proceed with visa stamping, the applicable CVC, invitation, and processing charges will be non-refundable.
Terms and Conditions
- Visa approval is entirely subject to the decision of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China.
- Applicants must attend an embassy interview in person when requested.
- A confirmed and issued round-trip air ticket may be required for submission.
- All information and supporting documents must be genuine, accurate, and verifiable.
- False, incomplete, or misleading information may result in visa refusal and financial loss.
- ZamZam Travels BD is not responsible for delays, refusal, additional document requests, interview decisions, or policy changes made by the embassy or visa authorities.
- Embassy requirements, fees, appointment procedures, and processing times may change without prior notice.
- Submission of an application does not guarantee visa approval.
